RESEARCH PROJECTS
Integral Development of Ethical Maturation
In this project, we are evaluating the effectiveness of new practices which aim to develop the multiple intelligences of the working population (i.e. logical, emotional, interpersonal, kinaesthetic, natural, ethical, spiritual, etc.).
For example, one project currently under way evaluates the practice of dialogue espoused by David Bohm and Peter Senge which allows managers to develop their levels of consciousness and their values, without the involvement of classic indoctrination techniques.
In the future, we will explore other innovative practices that can contribute to the integral development of both people and organizations. These projects will help to introduce these practices in the business environment.
As with the Achilles’ Heel project, “Integral Management Practices” is interested in those organizations who have already generated concrete results from their own experiments to develop ‘multiple intelligences’ within their workforce.
